These terms cover your use of neerbappoo.com and the basis on which I take on client work. They're written in plain language on purpose: a document you can't understand isn't much of an agreement. What the site is for
neerbappoo.com is a portfolio and professional site. It shows my work, my writing, and the services I offer. It is not an online shop, it doesn't process payments, and it doesn't host user accounts. You're free to read everything here.
Content and copyright
The writing, design, code samples, and case studies on this site are my own work and are protected by copyright. You're welcome to read, link to, and quote from them with attribution. You may not republish whole posts or case studies, pass my work off as yours, or use the code samples as-is in commercial products without checking the relevant licence first.
The case studies describe real client projects. I only publish them with the client's permission, and I respect NDA terms. Where a client prefers to stay unnamed, I describe the problem and approach without identifying them. If you're a past client and something here concerns you, email me and I'll address it.
Enquiries and project work
Sending me a message over WhatsApp or email starts a conversation, not a contract. A working relationship begins when we both agree on a written scope and I accept it. Until that point, nothing on this site is an offer to provide services at any particular price, and I'm not obliged to take on every project I'm asked about.
Project quotes are based on the scope we agree during discovery. The services page describes the kind of work I take on, but the specifics, timeline, and fee are set out in the project agreement for each engagement.
No warranty
The content on this site is published in good faith and is accurate to the best of my knowledge at the time of writing. But it's a portfolio, not a manual, and web technology moves quickly. I don't warrant that any technique described here will work in your specific environment, and you use it at your own risk. Always test on a staging copy before touching production.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any dispute that can't be resolved directly will be handled under Mauritian jurisdiction.

If these terms change, the "last updated" date above moves forward. Continued use of the site after a change counts as acceptance. For client work, the contract in force at the time governs, regardless of changes here.
