$ What's your process for a new project?
Every project starts with a discovery call to understand your goals and constraints, followed by a written scope covering approach, timeline, and what's explicitly out of scope. From there it's regular check-ins against a working staging site through to launch and handoff. See the process above for the full breakdown.
$ How much does a website cost?
It depends on scope. A WordPress FSE migration and a custom integration service are priced very differently. Projects are quoted individually after a discovery call rather than sold as flat packages, since fixed packages tend to overcharge simple sites and undercharge complex ones. Reach out with a rough idea of what you need for a straight answer.
$ How long does a typical project take?
Most WordPress builds run three to six weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on scope and how quickly content and feedback come back. Integration and API projects vary more since they depend on what's on the other end. A real timeline gets confirmed during scoping, not guessed up front.
$ Do you work with agencies, or only direct clients?
Both. Some of the case studies on this site were delivered through agencies, others directly for the end client. Either arrangement works.
$ Can you take over or maintain a site someone else built?
Yes. A good part of ongoing support work is picking up sites that were built by someone else. A short technical audit happens first, so there are no surprises once work starts on the existing codebase.
$ What platforms do you work with?
Mostly WordPress, including Full Site Editing and Gutenberg, plus custom-built sites and PWAs in plain HTML/CSS/JS or Node.js where WordPress isn't the right tool. Builds stay in the platform's native tooling rather than relying on page builders like Elementor or Divi.
$ Do you offer ongoing support after launch?
Yes, on a retainer basis: security patching, monitoring, and small fixes. It's optional and not bundled into every project by default.
$ Are you available for clients outside Mauritius?
Yes. Work happens remotely with clients internationally. Most communication runs over WhatsApp and email, with calls scheduled around Mauritius time, GMT+4.

Yes, for client or agency work that requires one.
